Welcome to CounselLadder, India’s dedicated platform for psychology education. To ensure a professional, respectful, and enriching learning experience for everyone, the following academic guidelines, discipline rules, and support processes are to be followed by all learners.
✽ Class Hygiene Guidelines
Dress Appropriately
- Learners must attend classes in modest, appropriate attire.
✽ Maintain Attendance
Regular attendance in live sessions is crucial. Absence without valid reason should be avoided.
✽ Be Actively Involved
Stay engaged, participate in discussions, and interact respectfully with trainers and peers.
✽ Check Technical Setup
Ensure your audio, video, and internet connection work at least 15 minutes before class.
✽ Create a Focused Environment
Attend sessions from a quiet, well-lit, and distraction-free location.
✽ Keep Your Camera On
Video must remain ON throughout the session. Face visibility is mandatory.
✽ Come Prepared
Refer to the shared timetable and topics. Prepare questions in advance.
✽ Stay Relevant
Ask questions related to the topic only. Off-topic discussions disrupt class flow.
✽ Submit Assignments on Time
All tasks and projects must be submitted punctually to Hello@counselladder.com.
✽ Use Your Full Registered Name
To avoid being marked absent, join with the same name as registered with CounselLadder.
✽ Respect Class Flow for Doubts
Questions are answered during the Q&A segment at the end of class. Note your queries for that time.
✽ Doubt Resolution
Use the Doubt Clearing Portal for academic and assignment queries — our team will resolve them.
✽ General Support Queries
For help regarding attendance, class links, certificates, welcome kits, or complaints, contact our Support Team (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM, off on Sundays).

No Defamation
Any false accusations or harmful comments against CounselLadder are strictly prohibited
✽ Respect Confidentiality
Do not share class content, internal discussions, or course materials publicly.
✽ Professional Boundaries
Sharing personal information with peers or trainers is not allowed.

- Mind Your Language
- Offensive terms, slurs, or rude behaviour during live sessions will result in warnings or action.
✽ Constructive Communication
Group tasks, peer reviews, and feedback should be respectful and focused on improvement — not criticism.

✽ Violation Consequences
- 1st & 2nd Offense: Verbal warning from trainer/team
3rd Offense: Temporary expulsion from class
✽ Repeated Behavior:
- → Warning letter issued after 2 class violations
- → Expulsion from course after 3 documented incidents
✽ Quarterly Awards
- To celebrate learner excellence, quarterly awards will be given based on trainer recommendations and engagement:

- For blogs, vlogs, and psychology-related creative contributions
✽ Most Sincere Learner
- For consistency in attendance, submissions, and class behavior
✽ Aspiring Counsellor
- For standout counseling skills, role plays, empathy, and mentoring peers
✽ Entrepreneur of the Batch
- For innovation, business mindset, and project execution
✽ Convocation Awards
- Best Learner
- Based on academic performance, punctuality, engagement, and teamwork
✽ Best Batch
- For cooperation, participation, and positive trainer feedback
✽ Placement Policy
Goal:
- To assist eligible learners in securing relevant opportunities through a structured, transparent process.
Eligibility:
- Learner becomes eligible 1 month before course completion
- May apply for placement support up to 3 months post-completion
- CounselLadder will provide up to 3 placement opportunities per learner, based on eligibility
Process:
- Placement Call from our team
- Official Announcements via email, portal, or WhatsApp
- Application Submission within deadlines
- Screening & Shortlisting based on performance and profile
- Interviews/Assessments as per company requirements
- Offer Letters shared by companies
- Acceptance Confirmation by learners
- After receiving an offer, CounselLadder’s placement team is no longer responsible for further assistance.
- Incomplete participation in interviews or assessments may result in disciplinary action.
Code of Conduct for Placement:
- Maintain professionalism at all times
- Adhere to timelines and instructions from recruiters and the placement team
- Misconduct may lead to disqualification from placement support
Confidentiality & Privacy:
- All learner records, interviews, and performance data are treated as confidential. Data sharing follows our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the DPDPA 2023.
Policy Review & Enforcement:
- This policy is reviewed periodically by the Academic & Placement Team
- Amendments will be published with a new effective date
- The CounselLadder Management reserves the right to take final decisions on disciplinary or academic matters
