However, we understand that under certain circumstances, learners may seek a refund. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our official refund policy below.

✽  Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Time-Based Eligibility

    A refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the first payment made to CounselLadder.

Requests received after 7 days from the initial payment will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

  • Valid Reason Requirement 

    A refund request must be accompanied by a valid and verifiable reason for withdrawal or dissatisfaction.

Generic or non-substantiated reasons may result in the request being denied.

Non-Refundable Registration Fee

Please note that any registration or administrative fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

Non-Eligible Scenarios for Refund

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • If the request is made after the 7-day window from the first payment.
  • If the request is submitted without a valid or specific reason.
  • If the refund request is made via phone call or verbal communication.
  • If the registration fee was the only amount paid.
  • If any portion of the course content has already been accessed or downloaded.

 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, the following steps must be followed:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Course Enrolled
  • Date of Payment
  • Reason for Refund Request (with any relevant documentation)
  • Await confirmation from our support team. Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 working days, and you will be notified of the status via email.

Refund Method & Processing Time

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed via the original method of payment (bank transfer, card, or UPI).

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account after approval.

CounselLadder reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on internal review and policy adherence.

In special cases (e.g., duplicate payments or accidental charges), learners may contact our support team for quicker resolution.

This policy applies to all courses, programs, and services offered under CounselLadder unless explicitly stated otherwise.
